可注射自體富含血小板纖維凝膠Injectable Platelet-Rich Fibrin (I-PRF)PRF於不同於PRP,在製備過程中不需加入抗凝血劑,因此PRF具備凝集功能,PRF凝集通常會發生在離心製備完成後10-20分鐘內發生凝集現象。


因此剛離心完成時,尚可經由注射方式進入體內之液體狀態PRF也被稱為Injectable-PRF。Injectable-PRF可在進入受損組織後,在受損組織凝集形成纖維凝塊,PRF纖維凝塊能夠有效將生長因子長時間留在受損部位,文獻研究中比較Injectable-PRF與 PRP 生長因子釋放的時間變化,結果發現Injectable-PRF生長因子可穩定釋放長達 10 天。而PRP 容易在早期(約製備完成後8小時以前)大量釋放出生長因子[1]。
